Our facility includes a number of meetings rooms that we will make available to non-profit, agricultural and other community based organizations. Listed below is a brief description of each.
Perth Room
This is a small meeting room with a conference table and a capacity of six. Included is a large screen monitor for projections and an audio conferencing host device.
Bruce Room
This is a small meeting room with a conference table and a capacity of six. Included is a large screen monitor for projections and an audio conferencing host device.
Elma Room
This is a medium sized training room featuring audio/visual conferencing solutions. Capacity is 45 people seated at tables or 90 people seated without tables. It also has data projection configuration to a large screen for internal presentations.
Formosa Room
This is a medium sized training room featuring audio conferencing solutions. Capacity is 35 people seated at tables or 80 people seated without tables. It also has data projection configuration to a large screen for internal presentations. This meeting room also features an attached kitchenette for servicing meals and/or refreshments.
Elma/Formosa Rooms Combined
This is a large training room with capacity for 80 people seated at tables or 180 seated without tables. It includes all the features previously mentioned for the two separate rooms.
